The Worldwide Felony Courtroom in The Hague issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday for his position within the kidnapping and deportation of hundreds of Ukrainian youngsters since Russia’s unprovoked invasion and forcibly inserting them in Russian houses as adoptees. Additionally indicted was Russia’s commissioner of youngsters’s rights, Maria Lvova-Belova.
