Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott introduced on Thursday plans to put in marine floating limitations within the Rio Grande to discourage migrants from crossing the river and illegally getting into the USA.
The 1,000-foot wall will include interconnected, 4-foot-wide, inflatable sphere buoys that may be moved and prolonged. The buoys spin when grabbed to forestall people from climbing over them.
