The GOP-controlled Home is poised to censure Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and presumably nice him $16 million for his position in advancing the debunked Russian collusion narrative, abusing the belief afforded him as chairman of the Intelligence Committee, and for behaving “dishonestly and dishonorably.”
