Phil Washington, Joe Biden’s embattled nominee to go the Federal Administration Aviation, has withdrawn his nomination, sources instructed Reuters Saturday night.
One of many sources, a White Home official, instructed Reuters that “an onslaught of unfounded Republican assaults on Mr Washington’s service and expertise irresponsibly delayed this course of, threatened pointless procedural hurdles on the Senate ground, and finally have led him to withdraw his nomination at the moment.”
