Democratic Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott introduced plans this week to implement a citywide curfew for minors in spring and summer time following a spike in youth violence, WJZ-TV reported.
On Sunday, someday after 9 p.m., a struggle broke out amongst a big group of youngsters within the Internal Harbor space, and a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old sustained gunshot wounds.
In accordance with police, greater than 200 minors have been gathered within the space when the brawl occurred.
