WASHINGTON — Visiting overseas leaders typically go for flattery when addressing the president at a state dinner. However President Yoon Suk Yeol of South Korea went straight for President Biden’s weak spot on Wednesday evening, quoting Irish sayings in the beginning and finish of his toast at a lavish state dinner on the White Home.
