Earlier this week Speaker of the Home Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), accompanied by a bipartisan group of legislators, met with Taiwan president Tsai Ing-Wen on the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley. In fact, China was not happy with that, and now they’ve introduced sanctions towards the Library and two of its officers. As well as, China introduced sanctions towards the Hudson Institute and two of its officers, who additionally met with the Taiwanese delegation lately.
